Ground Breaking For New Grocery Store In District 1

Friday, June 26, 2020, was the day we have been waiting on! District 1 will finally have a grocery store at the Shoppes on North Peoria. We are hoping to have it completed by the Spring of 2021. Food Security was on of my first platforms when I decided to run for office. The quest for this grocery store was a long hard three years but WE did it District !!
